PAINT STRIPPING

Perfect surface cleaning from paints – resins – polyurethanes – polyesters – polyamids – bicomponents – etc. leaving the original outline undamaged.

  • The paint-stripping of the surface treated with Airmation UHP system results in a full restoration both of the substrate and of the original outline, leaving them completely undamaged.
  • The material removal process and the complete cleaning of the bare metal bed allows to avoid both sandblasting and manufacture re-preparation processes.
  • The cleaning achieved through the exclusive use of UHP water is widely recognized to be the best preparatory technology for re-painting and covering of any kind (1, 2 or 3 layers) when compared with the traditional techniques used ( such as sandblasting), which leave residuals and inclusions in surface interstices, together with a greater number of oxides.
  • The extremely deep cleaning obtained through this process allows a better adherence to the substrate of the new paint or covering, resulting in a longer-lasting result.
  • Possibility of manual, semi-automated or completely automated solutions.

  • Una perfetta, veloce ed efficiente pulizia è possibile con l’utilizzo dei sistemi UHP all’interno di impianti di verniciatura.
    Esempi tipici di intervento:
    catene, catene aeree, supporti portapezzo, bilancelle veli d’acqua, grigliati, skid ecc.
  • Possibilità di soluzioni manuali, semi-automatiche o completamente automatizzate, anche direttamente in linea, per pulizia e mantenimento del grado di pulizia prescelto (bilancelle/supporti/catene)
  • Rapidità di pulizia e rimozione di residui anche molto aggrappati e stratificati indipendentemente dalla natura e dalla durezza dello spessore.
  • La pulizia periodica risulta massimamente efficiente soprattutto in impianti con verniciatura elettrostatica. Il mantenimento della pulizia dei contatti dei dispositivi portapezzo contribuisce alla maggior efficienza di verniciatura con meno difettosità e imperfezioni del finito.
  • Possibilità di rimozione di ossidi e impurità di ossidi impalpabili, causa di difettosità per migrazione sul pezzo finito/in lavorazione
