The Airmation automated cleaning machine allows cleaning with perfect restoration of the surface to be cleaned, without damaging the original profile.
With this type of machine, it is also possible to completely remove finishes or technical coatings from metal parts (removing plastic – resins – paints – PA/PU – rubber, etc.), regardless of their hardness and thickness, restoring the original surface of the bonding substrate.
The machine features a controlled rotating table for supporting and positioning parts, along with a rotating cleaning tool system with 2 controlled axes. For more specific needs and greater process versatility, an anthropomorphic 6-axis robot can be applied.
