The combination of different adjustable parameters (rotation speed, advance speed, pneumatic tool speed, and pressure values) allows for obtaining the necessary level of cleaning according to the recipe.
The technology used, with only network water and compressed air, enables the complete removal of designs and full bottoms, perfectly restoring the metal substrate for reprocessing. The tool used has a high-speed motorized rotating head with a special multi-orbit geometry for jet placement (2-5 Jets). It allows the removal of material with optimized finishes of the screen interior using multi-directional jets (angles 11°-28°) at high impact and speeds of 50-4500 rpm (Product technical sheets and dedicated documentation are available).
