The optimization of the treated surface with the UHP Airmation system happens with a full restoration of the original profile, which is generally not affected at all, along with the details.
It is the details that benefit and stand out particularly when using this technology because the cleaning action is carried out with rotating micro-jets at high pressure, coming out at various angles penetrating everywhere in the raised surface details (e.g., details of micro-engraved or micro-perforated designs – embossing – knurling – identification marks – etc.)
Any type of impurity can be selectively removed from a wide range of surfaces, molds, structural and mechanical parts.
However, it is crucial, when treating sensitive surfaces and tightly adhered residues, to understand the process to be applied, in order to leave the original surface intact.
