TECHNOLOGY AT THE HIGHEST LEVEL
The technology developed and used by Airmation ensures perfect separation of metal wires from the uncured rubber (not yet vulcanized) of the rubberized fabric.
The metal wires are brought to bare metal (three selectable cleanliness grades) and the uncured rubber is continuously recovered by the system without contamination from wires or metal particles.
Possibility to reuse the separated uncured rubber in non-degraded processes.
