The module allows direct inline cleaning treatment.
It is designed for direct connection to Airmation Ultra High Pressure Units and is built for two positioning and operating modes:
- Inline positioning with continuous advancement
- Inline positioning with step advancement (synchronous with process machine)
Together with the Extra Heavy Duty version complete with:
- Motorized pneumatic ultrarotating and multi-orbit gun (interchangeable heads 2 – 3 – 4 – 5 – 6 jets) for differentiated finishes
- Fully protected linear guide
- Motorized inline treatment and advancement module, all stainless steel
- Electrical panel with PLC and dedicated software for program selection
